My mom gave me this recipe today. I haven't tried it, but she said my aunt did over the weekend and they were really good. I like that they are sooooo simple!
Aunt Aggie's Cookies:
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
1 box instant pudding (any size box works fine. Any flavor)
Mix this together. Make into balls, Flatten out a bit before you bake them and bake at 350 till done.
