I think that if they file as a non-profit, they have to disclose. We will see how they handle this.

Before you continue beating your drum and throwing streamers in the air for this mosque to be built. You need to know what the ramifications entail for the future.

My thinking is that under our Constitution, we cannot stop it, but I will not stand by and advocate the building of it either.

And it's the constitution that MUST rule. When personal dislikes dictate what can and cannot be built, we are in HUGE trouble!

Do I like Sharia? Of course not. But guess what...a lot of Mormons don't like what Christians do. A lot of baptists don't like what pentecostals do. A lot of agnostics and/or atheists don't like what any religious group does. How long before they have personal dislike and the church that your pastor wants to build gets rejected BASED on established precedent? SO much of law works around PRECEDENT. When someone rejects your group because they don't like you and cites PRECEDENT, then we've got a BIG problem.
