SO SAD!!! Renda, you rock, and it is going to be a loss not having you around in an admin capacity, you have a rare "fairness" quality that will be hard to replace.
That being said, I totally understand, you have some pretty special stuff going on in your life right now, and I have myself found the need to step away from here when real life gets too real... but I hope you don't stay away too much!!!
