Then why suggest it was some big conspiracy by saying the governor was a democrat and insinuating that he might have lied (especially when you realize the governor does not issue the COLB's)?

Because I totally believe that is what he did. Lied saying there was a BC then saying he can't produce it.

Now IF that was a republican saying that you would be saying the same thing.

Which gets back to my argument. It doesn't matter if there is a long form BC or not because the absence of a long form BC is not proof that he was not born in Hawaii.

With that said, the presence of his COLB certainly shows Hawaii stating it's a fact that he was born there. In fact, Hawaii has considered it a fact that he was born there ever since April 8, 1961 (the date his birth was filed by the hawaian registrar).

So, my question is what evidence do you have that Hawaii was wrong in issuing him a COLB that says he was born there? I'm not asking about possibilities and suppositions about how Hawaii MIGHT HAVE been wrong to issue him a COLB saying he was born there (because I know that I could offer legit possibilities and suppositions for any person that they were not born where there COLB said they was). So I'm not wanting possibilities and suppositions, I am wanting evidence. Do you have any?

Hawaii's Governor, back in January, said efforts were still being made to track down definitive vital records that would prove Obama was born in Hawaii.

Don't you find that strange? That is why Donald wants him investigated.

I am waiting on true evidence that he was born there. The legit one, same as everyone else that was really born there. Do you have that?

Evidence he was born there: Hawaii's registrar files the information for his COLB on August 8, 1961. That information says he was born there and can be found on his COLB.

jfrog why do business people who accept money from customers have some kind of pen that they mark $20's and $100's with before they accept them, to make sure they are not counterfeit?

With $2,000,000 having been spent by Obama fighting the Birth Certificate issue, don't you think that could have bought a counterfeit COLB, a document without signatures, (no one has to stick their neck out to sign it.) I'm not saying that happened but when the Governor suddenly can't find the Birth Certificate something is fishy.

And by the way, if you lose your birth certificate you can go back to the place of birth and they can issue you another certified copy. Why doesn't the governor do this? Surely he has access to the records bureau and should be able to get an original copy of the birth certificate immediately.

There are just too many unanswered questions to just sweep this under the rug. And in a moment of time Obama could stop all this if he has an original BC by simply laying it on the table.

To take such a hard stand on some Americans that simply ask for the same piece of paper that they ask McCain for, certainly does not speak well for the intentions of those making fun of birthers.

If you got nothing to hide then shell out the evidence.

It's tough to prove a negative, but easy to prove a positive birth. Put your original BC on the table and it's done!
