OK.

Brownies work great in sundaes! And I can't think of any way making brownies more "interesting". Nothing comes to mind at all. Nope. How about you, Randy?

LOL! Straight up brownies!!!!

Yes, I was thinking of brownies or a Texas Sheet Cake. The cake is easy to make and very easy to cut and serve. Of course brownies are not as moist and would do better with the ice cream.

This is a great recipe. I have tested it and it does very well.

Brownies for a Crowd

4 sticks butter
8 oz chocolate baking squares
8 eggs
3 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
3 c. unbleached flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. vanilla

15x11x3 pan (greased)

Melt butter and chocolate. Beat eggs until frothy. Slowly add sugars to eggs. Pour in butter and chocolate mixture. Combine dry ingredients. Slowly add to chocolate mixture. When smooth, add vanilla mixing well.

Bake @ 350 for 20 to 24 minutes.
