This post sounds rather cynical. Maybe you could elaborate a little about what led to your post?

There are good pastors and there are not-so-great pastors. Good pastors share the burdens of the congregation, they feel the pain when the saints are going through troubles, and are truly distressed when people leave the church (not to be confused with people simply attending a new church elsewhere). Growing up in a pastor's home, I know that my parents never forgot about people who backslid. They were always on their minds and hearts.

Not-so-great pastors are those who aren't really "people persons" (pardon the grammar), and either don't really care that much what is going on in the lives of others, OR they don't know how to convey it if they do.

I can't go into any major detail other than the fact I have recently started goin to a different church but not at will and dont wanna become a hindrance to this wonderful Pastor his family or the church... So if I just stop goin and things are forgotten with time then I kno that would solve the problem in being a burden or a hindrance to revival. Which is pretty much the same with life in general.
