many people look at it the wrong way at times. when you say church people think of a building, so lets take the word church out and replace it with < the words > me or I
Yes you will get attacked but many times over you will fight the spirit off. In My dealings of spiritual warfare, If your on the rock and the enemy cant get you, he will attack someone close to you.
Your kids your neighbor your brother or sister,
If the enemy cant seige the city they will attack your supply lines.
and its hard when someone you care about says i want to kill myself.
Maybe your understanding a little more, that its not all about you. Those people who are in your little circle are open for attacks and pillages that will effect you.
so you must get a anchor for your soul, and put on your armor of God. The bible says that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. He didnt say it wouldnt hurt , or there would be bruises or scares.
and Division comes in church when one denomination says your not saved cause you have not done this or that or you have to speak in tounges or this etc etc.
the people are trying to judge people when they shouldnt.
