No, the point is that even the survivors, Noah's married kids, contained
genes from their parents, who were not Noah.
OK, so when you say "we are not all descended from Adam and Eve", I think what you mean is not only from Adam and Eve. In fact, you believe that everyone alive today is a descendant from Adam and Eve, since Noah was a descendent from Adam, though perhaps not solely from him and Eve. And if we are all descended from Noah, we are therefore all descended from Adam.
Is that about right?

Well, as A points out, Adam was Ish before he fell.
This has something to do with what is termed
"8th day creation," but regardless of whether
one accepts this or not, we have clues that there
were other races. Yes, you come from someone
who was at least 1/4 Noah, and so Adam was
therefore unfortunately a "father" to you, meaning
essentially "we are all born into sin."
That Ish and Geber exist apart from A&E
doesn't negate this, imo.

BTW, I have no idea what you're talking about, in Ish and Geber. New to me. According to biblegateway.com, Ish doesn't appear in the KJV, and Geber appears twice, without much info about him. Guess you have to discern between the lines.

these are the original terms, that have dropped out of use in KJV
and later versions, and are translated "man" now.
I'm still searching here myself, and possibly the diff
in "Adam" and "eth ha Adam" is more to the point,
that being that there is doubt at A&E only.
not really a difference, chapter 2 goes into detail of what God did chapter one.
In the begining God created, and God created man in His own image. chapter 2 adam is "this same man"
Ya I haven't really grasped yet the diff
in Adam and eth ha Adam, and where Ish
comes in; I just note that some scholars
see an 8th day creation, some see
serpent seed...I'm pretty sure we all
come from Adam spiritually.
