I just bit the bullet and bought the LG front loader and dryer. I hope we made the right decision.

The industry has changed a lot and not all of it for the better in my opinion.

I think you'll be happy with it. Just make SURE to be High Efficiency (HE) detergent! If you don't you'll walk into the room a half an hour after you start a load to find a couple hundred cubic feed of suds. LOL

I think you will love it. The only thing I can think of that might be considered a negative is that sometimes the washer door window is kind of wet after washing a load so we either leave it open to dry off or just wipe it off.

I think you'll like it. I think we just got a lemon, and now I'm happy with my top loader.

Haha! YES!!! My mother accidentally bought non-HE detergent once and we had bubbles bubbling everywhere.

We have an LG front loader with the autobalance feature. Really cool!
