With the cold temps the snow is light and fluffy so it didn't stick to branches and cause them to get heavy and break...and pull down power lines. Its just really heavy to shovel when there is 3-4 feet of it surrounding my car because of the wind causing high drifts. There's a parking ban tonight and the mayor asked folks to stay off the streets today so that the plows could clean up. Things should be close to normal tomorrow.
