...this is what is meant when it is written, "...comes by hearing, and hearing comes by..." a tricky phrase. God's definition should become clear to you, if you ask and have absorbed enough Scripture to apply passages to real~life experiences. I believe this needs to be understood in the context of "I AM," meaning that "evildoers will burn in hell forever" could also be translated "sin will always bring death, forevermore, and the sinner will always pay the price, until that brighter day." maybe.
