Have you tried Milicon drops? I'm not sure if that's how it's spelled, but it certainly works wonders! Ask your pharmacist for it. It is not a prescription.

Sister Marge I used those.lol...it says a few things about our age.lol....
Rice cereal caused my daughter to give me fits. She was a nursing baby
and we were at my mom in laws.I gave her some rice cereal so she would sleep through the night. The bible quiz coach from FPC asked me to help her make gumbo for their get together.I had to nurse the baby every fifteen minutes as her stomach hurt so bad from gas and constipation.I never did it again. It was the most miserable day in my life.

Did you eat the gumbo...that could have been the problem.

Yes, sometimes they seem to work but not always.

I have to say that last night was MUCH better. She was so good all evening and all night. I even had her asleep and in bed by 10:00!!! I didn't know what to do with myself. And this morning she woke up and was just as happy and bright eyed as can be. She did eat an extra time in the night but I can handle that, she always falls right back to sleep.

I wonder if you had accidentally eaten something the day before that had caused her tummy to hurt? maybe some broccoli - or onions - or bananas - or who knows what!
I'm glad you had a better night last night tho.
So this is the end of your first week back at work, right? I'm sure you are glad to see Friday come!!

How're things working out with your hubby's new position at church?
We have a busy weekend planned, too. We celebrate our boy's adoption anniversary every year on Memorial Day weekend. So Walt and I are going shopping tonight. The boys are going to a youth group party. We don't get to shop together very often, so I am looking forward to our "date".
Justin had made arrangments for the Army National Guard Recruiter to come over last evening to give us information about Justin possibly signing up for the Guards. We're not opposed to him joining, but NOT as a junior in high school. We feel like this decision needs to be made after he finishes high school. So I've been praying about this. And guess what! The guy never even showed up!!! Thank you, God!!

THat's great!!! I understand, he needs to concentrate on graduating first!!
My husbands new job is going well. He really likes it - which is good. Things are much better when you're happy at your work. I am trying to keep a positive outlook on my job! Lol! Our finances are a little tight right now due to him taking a pay cut and me being without pay. We get paid every 2 weeks at my work and then it is 2 weeks later, so I won't get a paycheck for 4 more weeks. It is a little stressful but I know that the Lord will provide - he always does!
