First of all, an "anointing" does not make one the temple of God. Passages referring to us being God's temple are in reference to the new birth, something that could only happen post Calvary.

The indwelling of the Spirit makes on a temple of God. Jesus was indwelt with the Spirit of God when He was anointed by His God and Father, God the Father. He was filled with the Spirit.....
Luk 4:1 And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,
By the way, Jesus wasn't full of Himself nor did He lead Himself into the wilderness.

Secondly, Christ is not indwelt by the Spirit in the same sense we are. Our indwelling is for regeneration due to sin. Jesus had no sin. He was born indwelt by the Spirit, but in a different way. From his conception, all the fulness of the Godhead dwelt in him bodily.

While Jesus was indwelt with the fullness of the Godhead, this wasn't until He was anointed with the Holy Ghost by His God and Father.
