Forced tithing is the least of the UPCI problems. Can't expect an organization to use cult like tactics and experience growth.

There are good and sincere people in the UPCI. The biggest problem I see is the overseers not responding to the problems that arise in these churches.
The neglect and concern of individuals that need support is almost absent. Forced tithing at the expense of the needy and making it a requirement for salvation must be addressed. If not the exodus will increase. Alternative meeting places must be established for those cast aside.
The role of Pastor has been distorted resembling a mini-pope.
