Interpreted to mean... fried flies in bacon wouldn't be good So spray your flies with dish soap before frying your bacon... LOL

Breakfast: half a gallon smoothie of coconut oil, 4 eggs, fresh fermented whey, blueberries, strawberries, mangoes, avocados, 2 huge bunches of over ripe bananas and almond milk.

Then eggs over easy, bacon, and sardines.

All washed down with 32oz of organic, unpasteurized, raw yogurt.
