At a minimum he and those like him are entitled to a nod of respectful acknowledgement.

He was a Muslim but did he truly die defending the right to ridicule his faith? How many Muslims do you believe join the French Police thinking "Im doing this so Charlie Hebdo can insult Muhammad"?

Re: Islam: A Religion of Lies...

I wonder if Christians can go to these "no go zones"...admitting the news admits its not true....but can Christians go there and pass out tracts and not expect to be attacked?

Anyone know?

IF: You set up a charity for children, or passed out food to poor families, or set up a clinic there or simply did service work for the people there I highly doubt that you would be attacked.

IF: You stop and bother people on the street to force religious beliefs on them there is probably a high likelihood that you would get your tail kicked.

That's reality. I wouldn't drive to Vidor, Tx and pass out Muslim literature either and I really don't hold the fact that I would get kicked to the city limits against the people who live there.

If you want to win people to your faith, win with service to their needs.

Had he been white and non-Muslim he would have died defending the god-given right to ridicule "their" faith.

Since he was a Muslim, and although he had been a policeman for eight years, and by all reports a good one, he probably deserved what he got because he probably secretly supported what they were doing anyway.

There. Fixed. Better? I feel the spirit. Pass the plate!
