so lets deal with this idocy.
1. the historic comparison:
uhm... history matters when one is willing to understand it and learn from it and overcome the failures of the past.
Christians have in large part done this. Christians killed like crazy in centuries past. then came to an understanding that killing in the name of a God whos very Holy Scripture COMMMANDS THE OPPOSITE learned from both the scripture and from thier history.
Muslims on the other hand have been killing in the name of their god for the full length of their history. THey have killed in the name of their god at the command of thier prophet and at the demand of their holy scripture. TODAY. RIGHT NOW. THEIR BOOK TELLS THEM TO KILL. TODAY RIGHT NOW muslims the world over accept that Sharia commands them to fight actual wars for the cause of their god. There is NO REVIEW OF HISTORY that leads them to change from that course. NONE.
TODAY Christians do not kill in the name of Jesus anywhere without being utterly disavowed by ALL OF CHRISTIANDOM.
TODAY Tens of Thousands of Muslims will SEEK TO KILL IN THE NAME OF THEIR GOD. They will do so with the full support of their holy scripture.
The difference between what the Christian God and the muslim god will do to those who are disobediant is as follows.
Jesus "Vengence is mine sayth the Lord. I will Repay"
allah "GO CUT THEIR HEADS OFF FOR ME"
