Your source that this is an Islamic teaching is still missing. Innocently wondering why.

As missing as your source from the New Testament for hiding pedophiles within a church.

As missing as your awareness of the process outlined in the new testament of how to discipline a "brother", which the case detail outlines nicely.

To pull it off requires the victim's (in this case missing) forgiveness which if not granted willingly comes with pressure from church leadership. I am aware of a "piano player" case that was pulled off without a hitch. No legal problems, no paperwork. The forgiveness (ordered from the pulpit as in the referenced earlier case) was granted because the new testament teaches that if your pastor says to do it you obey.

1 Timothy 5:20

But those ELDERS who are sinning you are to REPROVE BEFORE EVERYONE, so that the others may take warning.

Were you the piano player? Or were you in that church? That is before you decided to play Muslim and post on this forum?

You around 24, or 26?

Awareness is not involvement. If I were involved i would say so.

Walks, you need to think out your posts before posting. In that way the other poster who is having a dialog with you can answer all your thoughts in the post.

So, which scripture are you referring to which says obedience without question?

There is a whole thread on that one. You seem bright. You will figure out how it went down. Read the red highlighted then work out the policy from that. Conflicts with state law. See how following religious beliefs can get someone in trouble? They were probably good people, just following the bible. Wonder if jindal will warn about stuff like that?

The lady finally figured it out. It is not any different from applying Sharia to internal issues.

The difference would be that you won't find uniformity in Christianity to support the Pastor's actions of keeping abuse in the four walls, even though you found a small group that did.

Oh i see you went from it never happens to oh there is no uniformity for that. In only one day too. I have a lot of cases for you, did not care for hearing you lie to me.

Newsflash. There is no uniformity in any faith. Including my own.
