In my case "tax season in Jubail" is April 28th, the earliest I can file, because I have a 330 day absence requirement to qualify for the exemption.
So: I filed an extension. Wait that's not quite accurate. I didn't file anything. PriceWaterhouse filed (or will file) one for me.
