Why would Trump debate somebody whom the voters have rejected, who is way behind, who has ZERO mathematically possible chance to win the nomination on the first ballot, who is dropping in the polls, who does great when voters can't vote but consistently falls behind when they do, who can't draw even 10% of the crowds Trump can, who has ZERO crossover appeal, ZERO appeal to independents, and who can't answer a direct question, who whines incessantly about Trump this Trump that, etc etc etc?
