Many years ago I heard Joyce Meyers state that she is a pastor, but when she get's off the pulpit she is a wife under submission to her husband. I'm not sure how that works when she is her husband's pastor.

This idea that a woman may do this or that, preach, pastor, or whatever, as long as she is under the submission of an elder, or whoever, to me, is terrible.

As for me and my house: my wife submits to me only. There is no other man but the Son of Man who will ever have the right to require my wife to submit to him.

The elder women have a shepherding, teaching and preaching role to fulfill with and among the younger women.

*Sure, but I was not referring to older women instructing younger women (BTW, the older women are specifically told what to teach the younger women [Titus 2.4-5]). But, rather I was referring to women preaching to men in a church setting (should've clarified that).
