Wow have seen other ministers reminding folks about tithes (today on facebook)and now this. Just doesnt seem like the type of thing that should be done publicly. But should be handled within private congregations. No doubt if it's done in faith toward God the giver will be blessed. Not necessarily monetarily. Mainstream religion is finding it's way into churches and into the lives of individuals everywhere. I was thinking the evangelists and missionaries who are U.S. citizens would be getting a stimulus also, maybe not?
But I think he is right about his position on holding services.

Many people in his congregation have lost their job as he himself stated in an interview. How about asking the saints to help each other? How about ask them to just save it because they may not know when they are going to have a job again, or when you may need it to help a brother or sister, or a relative if this last longer than expected?
