now, I responded quite sharply to this. When confronted about the sharpness of my tone in response to this, someone suggested this was AB's sense of humor. I acquiesced from my vehemence in a somewhat apologetic and conciliatory tone. And continued such tone until I get this response from Dan SEVERAL PAGES LATER, and after several attempts on my part to cool things and be apologetic:

So I pulled the gloves off with Dan on this one. Listen, you can't expect me to back away and be nice, try to accuse me of not showing brotherly love, and expect me to keep my silence when you are doing the exact same thing you accuse me of. If anyone is going to subscribe to such double speak and double standards, they need to be called on it. I suggest that neither AB, nor Dan here, is worthy of any more attempts at a dignified dialogue, at least with me. Especially after the last thing I read AB post. Forget Mr. Nice Guy...
Yes..its all Dans fault!

Sounds to me like you are pulling an NLYP!
Caught and then backtracking!!!!

Let me savor the moment!

It may be better to cruise the gay bars for a youth pastor before checking out some of the churches for a youth pastor. Won't find much legalism in a gay bar.

And you wouldn't have to worry about your youth getting married and moving away! Great idea!

Legalism is without question a bad thing.

But to say that homosexuality is preferable to legalism is quite a stretch. Too big a stretch for me.

I'm not suggestion one over the other. Okay. Maybe I am.

It is much easier to minister to a homosexual than a legalist. Although if someone developed an Exodus program for legalists, I may persuaded to teach the initial class.
