That changes my perspective but if they are indeed raising prices on items that do not sell, they have more than one issue there.

The issues here were merchandise quality, customer apathy and poor marketing.

A lot of this stuff was and is sitting on the shelves.

From my understanding they are not saying they will no longer sell Spanish materials. Just that they will no longer publish and print them. They will still have Spanish books available.

Yes, indeed. Which means they will not be in the business of translating the materials, also.

My Uncle was SS Director for a time. He said they always wanted Directors to push literature. He asked why they dont' create sample packs. Seems like a marketing and management issue.
