Thi type of control freak pastor is not limited to any area of the country, or just in the AMF.

I can't believe some that say they have been in pentecost for however many years and they have never seen or heard of these kind of churches.
How about in Dallas,TX 1977!! I hope it is very rare.

I don't think its as rare as some would hope, the Internet has given people a way of finding each other and finding out some things that are happening in some churches is not right! Not biblical! Shining the light of truth were previously its been dark and secretative....

The women in the church with school age children were pressured quite hard to volunteer their days at the church-school. If they did not succumb to the pressure, they were looked down upon. It was very hard when I had school age children and then babies/toddlers, I had to keep them with me in the office...do my work and somehow keep them occupied without being a distraction.

I know...we got pretty rebellious adopting you and Dad just so we could be close to someone in the church and fellowhship.

Sometimes I just want to cry when I think of all the stuff I believed...I really believed them!

How is the world....can you get wrong information in the Bible? I think they are afraid you will start questioning them and find they are not right about everything....

This is my outlook on these type of people. I believe these kind of people need to be exposed. If they've been given chance to change and refuse, why in the world should we be quiet about it. I don't even care if someone recongnises me and knows who I'm talking about...I'm not afraid of them anymore...They are not God! I'm not bitter, but disgusted with this kind of behavior.
