Sister, this is NOT true. I decided when I saw your thread yesterday that I would not say anything about the list you posted, and I won't. However, I will say that the precious men of God you indirectly malign with this thread have God as their witness and their judge.

Yes, a biblical pattern, that of recognizing, as even David, anointed king of Israel, did, when he refused to put his hand on Saul (even though Saul was under judgment from God). Broad brush? Maybe...but her comment wasn't out of line, or even too far fetched. I think there are quite a few churches that run things the same or very similar. Enough to say that it IS a problem in this district.

You THINK there are quite a few churches that 'run things the same or very similar'? I see. I would recommend you visit such churches as you suspect of this before you make such a claim, but then you might discover that things are not nearly so awful as you THINK.
