But the lady I met with told me that is probably for the best anyways since in the last month of pregnancy your body requires 3X the amount of insulin than it normally does. And they are putting me on the lowest dose possible. It is just more of a pain in the rear than anything in my opinion. THe needle doesn't bother me at all, it is just the process of doing it and staying on a consistant schedule.

if your numbers are low you DONT need insulin
