There is something inherently wrong with us when lying, deception and all sorts of unethical behavior is deemed okay. That is, it's okay if someone in power does it.

Does it matter if they ever form it?

There is enough proof that they INTEND to do so.

If we take an unfinished website as "proof of intent" we may be sorry later.

Look, there is no doubt in my mind that some (I have no idea how many) ministers certainly seem to be leaning towards formation of a new group. Is it the majority? I don't know. Does that mean one will be formed? I don't know. Is worrying about it on an internet forum going to solve anything? This one I KNOW the answer to: No.

Funny. One of the 49 is the man who twisted my arm the hardest to come in to the UPC. Now he might (according to him he is not sure) leave the UPC. Good grief, I have been in less than two years.
