The speculation regarding ethics involves a discussion about how one of the former Executive Council members (now a member of the General Council) was reported to be making telephone calls to UPC ministers trying to get them to "join" the new ... whatever it is.
This would be unethical if indeed the phones calls were made
AND if indeed this is a new organization.
