With all due respect, sir. NO, it was NOT meant as a slam. If that was a slam to her then it is a slam to myself.

I honestly do not lose any sleep over whether or not a fellow Christian woman wears earbobs or cuts her hair or any such thing. Choosing to follow a particular lifestyle because of heartfelt HG inspired convictions is a GOOD THING. That goes for following UPCI standards of holiness or following a less stringent albeit modest and godly lifestyle.

Why does it bother me so much that some conservative posters show kindness to Felicity? It just sticks in my gut to see Poster J and Poster C give KUDOS to her for posting the identical content, ascribing significance and lending their support to her statements while skewering me and figuratively burning me at the stake for stating the same.

There ya have it!

Let the stoning begin!

This is all fine and good Dora and I get your point. There are things that I feel are unfair too. I'm just not sure why you took it out on me. Anyhow, it doesn't matter in the long run really.

As far as the comment being TIC I didn't see that fine print. I missed it. Sorry about that.

And God bless you Sis. I only wish and pray God's richest blessings on you.

Merry Christmas!

It is difficult to separate a person's spirit and attitude from what they have to say. For this reason we might be saying the same thing as someone else, but with an attitude, and therefore folks aren't rejecting what we say, but the manner in which we are saying it.

I fail to see why one would attack someone simply because others are treating them with respect and kindness. Shouldn't one's frustration be directed towards the one's giving the kudos, not the one receiving them?
