I thought Todd's answers were good, I wish he would have a team of Doctor's to verify healings and have some type of screening as to what took place.

Re: NBC article about the new Florida Revival
Keith, I'm sorry, it wasn't an offering he took at THIS revival but rather
This is a quote from Todd Bentley at a 2003 Angelic Host Conference
"So when I need a financial breakthrough I don't just pray and ask God for my financial breakthrough. I go into intercession and become a partner with the angels by petitioning the Father for the angels that are assigned to getting me money: "Father, give me the angels in heaven right now that are assigned to get me money and wealth. And let those angels be released on my behalf. Let them go into the four corners of the earth and gather me money.
Where are angels ever assigned to get money in the scripture? God please helps us not to fall for such false assertions as this!

If anything I learned since I have been in ministry, healing and gifts of the spirit don't validate the vessel, also the ways, means or even what the vessel looks like often is disturbing and fits outside of my own paradigm or comfort zone. But I am not God and he doesn't answer to me about whom he uses.
Also God does at times seem to respond to the sincere faith of hungry people and will even use imperfect and sinful people.
I do believe sometimes mass hysteria and the power of suggestion brings relief or some level of healing that doesn't last.
There are real and authentic manifestations of the Spirit, but charismatics love the manifestations (ie. falling down, shreiking, etc) and that becomes a measuring stick for revival when there are better ways of measuring the fruits of a true revival.
The primary being changed lives!

Re: NBC article about the new Florida Revival
I have some real reservations about this revival, but I don't know anything for sure - just a gut feeling. I don't care about the way that Todd looks; it's just all that weird angel stuff. One prophet said that the angel Emma shows up to heal, who is the same angel that came and healed in the Kansas City revival. I'm not saying it can't happen, but there seems to be a LOT of focus on angels - almost like angel worship. That kind of stuff really freaks me out.
However, I do believe people are going and many are being healed by God, just because He honors true faith.
I hate to say anything more, because I haven't been to witness it for myself.

Re: NBC article about the new Florida Revival
A couple years ago Lee Stoneking said at Landmark in Stockton Ca, that there are angels who look exactly like us. When I questioned that statement, you would think I questioned the infallibility of the pope. I never heard such a statement about angels. I wanted clarification. I wonder what the angel did to be punished to look like me. I'd be questioning God on that assignment.

Well consider this from Lee Stoneking..."All the trinitarians in the world can't move the devil"...the spirit of this man is very disturbing...extremely angry and hostile to others.

some of the stuff he said was pretty evil in that sermon. its a pity he believes and publically spews forth that kind of garbage teaching. they are filled with the same Holy Spirit as us, Azuza street wasn't a modalistic revival, and its well documented that some of our early fathers continued their friendships with the trinitarians in the AG and COG even after the split.
its that type of inward and prideful self love that turns me off on nearly every level.
