Care to expound? How about an example?

2 Kings 8:26 says "Two and twenty years old was Ahaziah when he began to reign..."

2 Chronicles 22:2 says "Forty and two years old was Ahaziah when he began to reign..."

Yeah, that would be one of the many "apparent" contradictions. I'm sure we could find the excuse ...er, explanation... for that one.

I've even heard it explained this way: God put the apparent contradictions in there on purpose, ya see. Yeah, so anyone reading it would have to have a whole bunch of faith, ya see, to believe that it's true anyway. Yeah. That way, the ones who believe it, despite the errors and contradictions, are gonna be extra special blessed, ya see. And here's the best part: that proves that the Bible was inspired!

Isn't that awesome?

Are these the same person, Maybe father & son? Because you would have to read all of the in between scriptures to say for certain I guess.

Same man. The contradiction is explained (among other places) here.

After explaining that God really meant what He said (in a nutshell, the man was 22 biologically, but "42 years old in the kingdom of Omri and Ahab, wicked kings of Israel, his maternal family" (oddly, the writer shows in a chart that Ahab reigned 20 years, citing "inspired history", but the KJV says it was 22), he tells us why there are contradictions in the Bible: "What looks like a contradiction in the KJV is a trap set by God to confuse and shame men who would rather question and criticize God’s word than believe and study it." Isn't that awesome?

In the section "For Further Study", we have a paper that shows us how "God righteously blinds men from seeing the truth, and that God wrote the Bible in such a way as to blind men from the truth as well." Isn't that wonderful?
