Ok, good to hear and God bless.
I don't read any scriptures in the NT that says HOW one should preach; but I do notice that sometimes when preachers preach, different things happen. Sometimes they get emotional, sometimes they get very expressive with their gestures. I wonder why that is?

Actually we have scriptural precedence for preaching styles,,, Paul was more of a teacher Phillip was evangelistic.. Timothy preached Pastorally.... so preaching style has merely to do with ones background and none of those styles are condemned so long as the Word is being preached
Would you care to respond to the whole Pentecostal DRUNK deception.. about this meaning people were shouting everywhere?

Well I'm not aware of the whole "Pentecostal DRUNK deception" - don't know what that is.
What I do know is this:
- the observers thought that the 120 were drunk
- it was noised abroad
- they were not drunk as THEY SUPPOSED
I will agree that there is no scripture that says they were shouting, but it doesn't necessarily mean they weren't. Acts 8 doesn't say they spoke in tongues, but most if not all apostolics believe that they did - it just wasn't written.
Strong's - "Noised" - Probably akin to G5316 through the idea of disclosure; a tone (articulate, bestial or artificial); by implication an address (for any purpose), saying or language: - noise, sound, voice.
Whatever was "noised abroad" was loud enough to cause a multitude outside of the upper room to come together and observe what was going on. Either the upper room was big enough to hold all 120 + the multitude or they spilled outside of the upper room.
After Peter preached it said that the same day were added 3000 souls - that's a lot of people. However many people were in the original multitude that heard Peter's preaching and gladly rec'd his word and were baptized, it lead to 3,000 being added to the church in one day.
Believe what you want to, but I will not hinder or mock at someone who is shouting unto the Lord in a known tongue or in an unknown tongue, in control of their own tongue, or willing submitting their tongue to the Spirit of God for the Spirit of God to do with it whatever He wishes.
Me personally, I couldn't point to another apostolic in a church service and say - that's not God, but rather they are possessed and being involuntarily controlled by a devil; but perhaps someone else sees or knows something that I don't.
My personal opinion is that someone who is filled with the Spirit of God and has not left themselves swept, garnished, but EMPTY cannot be unwillingly and unknowingly possessed with a devil without committing sin; and even then I believe in a space given to repent first.

(2Sa 6:14) And David danced before the LORD with all his might; and David was girded with a linen ephod.
( Psa 149:3) Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.
( Ps 150:4) Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.
( Ecc 3:4) A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

(Lu 6:23) Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.

Do you not understand the difference between the dancing of scriptures and the shouting of Pentecostals?
Go to Jerusalem, you will see... you would actually not be impressed probably... would remind you NOTHING of SHOUTING
