Here goes....

Conservatives by and large often produce a VERY Negative response in me and I AM ONE! I think the most pronounced trait of many who are calling themselves or are called by others "Conservative" is a bullheaded approach to anything that they have been taught, or have been exposed to or (Heaven Help Us) "God has shown them" (How can you argue with THAT???)

No amount of scripture is neccessary for many of their positions, no amount of scripture can show them that they are incorrect in their position, and the amazing thing is that the more UNBIBLICAL some of their postions are the more ESSENTIAL to salvation they are held to be!

Once you get to the final "ultra" you will no doubt find a single pious man in a grey rob and sandals, who only eats unleavened bread and fish, drinks only water and grape juice, prays for 8 hours a day -and looks down with disdain at the absolute heathens below him who only pray for 7!

I agree.

I don't feel the stinky attitudes comes from what "camp" you're in, I believe
it's still a matter of the heart.

No matter what each person believes, we are still human.
Without the con, mod, or lib stands we all have a personality, and maybe that is what we do not like about that person that "incites" us, not realy their stand on certain issues.
