I wouldn't say God has parts as much as we understand God only in parts. Even then I don't think I would use the word "parts".
You can know a person in different degrees. You can know them by sight and make assumptions about their personality, but then meet them and say, "I didn't know they were like that". You haven't discovered a new part about that person, you just know them a little better, and that knowledge
alters your perception of them.
A week later you might go to that same person's house, meet their family and learn new things about them that you could not have known simply by knowing them by sight, nor meeting them once in person.
It is all a matter of knowledge changing your perception. The more you know God, the more you understand things about Him that before confused you or was not known to you. That knowledge changes your perception on who God is and what He is capable of and most assuredly, what you are capable of in Him.
