You know... they never bother me (unless I rub my eyes or something.
I can cut them up all day and never feel a thing on my hands.
Quick recipe... probably not going to be a fan of the ladies... it is a heavy dish... but I like them... and my wife does too.
Take a fresh jalapeno and cut it in half lengthwise.
Cut out the pith & the seeds.
Fill it to heaping with cream cheese.
Take about 1/6th of a pound of pan sausage and pat it out.
Place the jalapeno in the middle and form the pan sausage around it until it completely encloses the jalapeno/cream cheese thingy.
Bake them at about 300 until the sausage is done.
VERY good.
