Ted had/has the ability to look into the camera and blatantly lie. I sincerely hope he has been delivered and will be able to move on in victory and be able to help other people. I hope that the fame of his repentance exceeds the fame of his fall.
I am not saying he is currently lying. I believe that he has tossed his sins/demons on the table and is dealing with them. What more would we expect of any fallen soldier?

It sounds like the reason TH could look in the camera and lie is that he has a perverted spirit that has control of him. A perverted spirit manifests many ways, ie. perverted doctrine, perveted sexuality, twisted speech and etc. He truly needs deliverance from those spirits that control him or they will destroy him.
Mercifully there is a God that can do that, but TH must want it.
