Any critter with more than six legs.
Heights
Enclosed spaces
Deep dark water
Fire
Crowds
Mold
Large animals (larger than I am)
Dogs of all kinds
Bathroom fixtures and door knobs
Tobacco smoke of any kind(cigars, cigarettes..etc.)
Getting fat someday
Stepping on any sharp object
Breaking a bone

..to name a few.
