You seem to not get it. It has no "certification", signature nor date it was certified by a 3rd party.
It also doesn't have the state seal on it. By that it means embossed and raised lettering. Not letterhead seal. I show a link that has a non counterfeit COLB with the seal on it.
Any middleschooler can print these out all day long with clip art and a PC.
No witness. Marriage certificates also require witnesses. Can't fool most of us.

People that check out counterfeit documents for a living.
I thought a year ago it was real and then some people investigated and tell us it is a bad forgery. 2 million dollars to hide.
How much did the forgery cost?
Some of the Obama loyalists are really worried about this.
