Barb's Easy Peach Cobbler
2 boxes Pillsbury Pie Crust
3 lg. cans peaches w/heavy syrup
Not quite 1/2 cup white sugar
Not quite 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoon butter
Cinnamon
In saucepan: drained peaches, sugars, butter, vanilla, a
lot of cinnamon. Cook just long enough to melt butter and mix in the sugar.
In a 9x13 glass Pyrex: place 2 crusts so they overlap, pour in mixture, cover with remaining 2 crusts. Pinch edges to seal crusts, cut slits in top crust.
Bake @ 350 until golden brown...about 1 hr. 20 min. depending on your oven and how well done you want your crust.
Serve with vanilla ice cream...
