It's sort of an unspoken thing, you know. If you're godly, slick your hair to the side. All the "newly called" young men change their hair style accordingly. It's the 1950's barber chair look. No problem with it. Just hit my funny bone... really hard.
Does that mean in the next decade, the Beatles look will become holy?

I will give you this, Yisraelm, at least you truly DO believe in "separation" in dress styles. Not just for women.

Seriously, Yisraelm. A white dress shirt and side-part hair can pass off for a variety of things: Mormon, Holiness, old-fashioned, banker, etc

And, was this look "separate" back in the 50's/60's? No.

Homeschooler.
My kids tell me they can spot homeschoolers a mile away.
(don't hit me, we homeschool!) But it is true. A lot of them have a certain "look". Side-part hair and white shirts on the guys is part of it. Denim jumpers, and often headcoverings, on the women.

Holiness folks must have dressed in Roaring Twenties style, then!

If you watch the Andy Griffith show, the women could pass off as Pentecostal. We got frozen in a time-frame, and now it's un-holy to step out of it.

I'm required to wear a dress shirt and tie every day for work. Does this mean the guys I work with are holy?
Also, I guess that spiked hair is too worldly!

It is a continual rolling change for men.
Some Apostolic men are labled "gay" to the world because of their clean-cut look. I think that would be enough for me to grow a beard if I was a guy.
