I can understand that, but of course at the same time if I had a church full of "saints" who wrote the other letter to me they could walk too for all that mattered.
Point is there are some really bad, power hungry pastors out there, all agree. And there some idiot, cry babys sitting in the pews too. Such is life. To pastor and "saint" alike, dont like it, get out. Either way you can interpret each letter like most here do the bible, 50 thousand ways. Those who lean one way will make it say what they want to hear and vice versa. There is just so much more in the church I can find to complain about most of the time. Like why did they paint the nursery baby poo green ? Or why is that kid crying in here while Im trying to video my sermon to post online ! (Luv ya Nakhoe! )

You know I won't sit under a pastor I'd feel any need to write a letter like the other one to. And I won't sit under a pastor who'd write a letter like this one. lol You know I'm big on the don't like it, leave it.
But, I'm a nobody. A pastor is in leadership. By the time they get into that sort of position, they should be grown up enough to never even consider writing such stupidity and definitely not distributing it. But, again, you know what my experiences with pastors have been.

That's cool.
I'm probably never going to be particularly pleasant towards pastors who don't have it together.

LOL!

Ok, now that I stopped laughing...
I should probably have included "with God" following the word "together". I see how you read it the way you seem to have.
I won't cut any pastor any slack who's pastoring and doesn't have it together with God. Get it there, or get out.
I don't give my problems to a pastor... I'd really rather my pastor didn't talk to me. lol So whether or not he's nice to me doesn't matter.
And as for me having it all together..thanks to a pastor who has it together..I'm a lot closer than I used to be.
Monterrey, I'm not bitter. I've been..but right now, I'm not. From the point of view of a sinner trying to find help, the pastor has to, has to, has to, be right with God. It's life or death important. I will not cut any pastor any slack who won't live as if it is.
Because the pastor of the church I walked into was right with God, he was able to help me when I sent him a very cryptic message on facebook. All I said was that I needed help. I didn't tell him what I needed help with, my story tends to freak people out. He hit his knees before God and put me in contact with someone who has personal experience with the area I needed help with. That's the first pastor in over 2 years of looking for help who was able or willing to help me. He's also the first pastor I didn't even tell what I needed help with. I was tired of freaking people out and not getting any help anyhow. I wasn't playing any more games.

That's great. I'm glad you found someone who genuinely cared and wanted to help and I'm glad you found the help you needed.
Some times we see so many who are judgmental or who are just playing the part that we forget that there are lots of genuine servants of God.
