Are you someone special that we must bow to? The Anointed One of the LORD? The NT actually has changed that dysfunctional view and told us to treat everyone with grace and love. Without context, wouldn't we have some goofy doctrines? Is it important to understand the Text? How do you understand it without context? Do you agree, the Biblical author wrote with an intended meaning to an original audience?
