Peter, when he realized that Jesus was present got dressed. He just didn't know He was there.
If Jesus is God Almighty as we believe, then He is also omnipresent. With that in mind, your question can be answered in the sense that He is already here. We must be properly clothed.
Someone posted that it is stretching scripture and those who do those don't know how to interpret it. Well, this is a personal conviction of mine.
Someone else posted to wear long sleeves to be consistenet. I do. Again, this is personal to me.

Er...there is one slight problem with your logic...if we must be fully clothed in God's presence, and God is omnipresent (e.g., everywhere), then that means we must be fully clothed even in the shower or in the bedroom.

Don't try to be logical! *grin* You'll fry his brain.

If you consider the statement to truly be logical, then perhaps you should consider what would be truly logical for logic dictates that we must get clean which cannot be done to its fullest extent without being lacking in clothing thus the poor excuse of an argument to the contrary loses to logical conlcusions.
Regarding the boudoir: I will not discuss that here since it would be most inappropriate for a christian board.

The Bible says that we honour certain members more than others.
In the shower, well I think you are grasping at straws here in an attempt to be humorous.
I thought it was quite funny.

John 21:6 - 7 (KJV) 6 And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.
7 Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher’s coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.

In light of this passage what should we wear when we go fishing?

Clothes, silly rabbit!
Peter put his on probably because he realized that he was not supposed to be naked for in the garden God clothed Adam and Eve. They were not to stand naked before Him any longer now that they knew about sin.

But in the garden when they knew the differece between good and evil, and knew they were naked, they made aprons (loin cloths) to cover their nakedness.

True, but maybe the standards were not high enough so that is why God clothed them(?)
Seriously, there is much to be said about what transpired in the clothing, but I would like to point out that when God clothed A & E, it was a type and shadow of redemption's plan as has been preached.
Could it be that God also was demonstrating that there is validity for holiness of dress since it WAS a type and shadow of redemption?

Please explain how you connect a shadow of redemption, which is God providing for our sins a spotless lamb, with "validity for holiness of dress"?
