no, it does not tell who to marry or where to work,
but,
based on the way I understand the Scriptures,
it would be wrong to marry someone of the same gender
and it would be wrong to marry an unbeliever.

Where to work?
Well, the way I understand the Scriptures it would be wrong to have a job which would involve stealing or adultery or covetousness, etc.
So, robbing banks would be out. So would working in the porn industry. Also any job where you were expected to lie or cheat.

That's why I wrote before about going by Scriptural guidelines.
Each detail would not be covered.
