PO there is a petit four icing you can buy in a bag. You just work it in your hands and then cut the tube like bag and pour over icing. Has a great flavor. It is sweet as petit fours are suppose to be.
I also bought a Wilton petit four cake pan. You will need to fill the squares fairly full or your lose the corners.
Petit Fours is one of my very favorite cakes.
As to my favorite pies:
Cream - coconut and chocolate
Fruit - peach when hot or some apple (don't like tart apples)
others: Lemon Ice Box, lemon or key lime pie and pecan
I like pie better than cakes.
