I guess I have no real problem with "charging" for expenses incurred associated with the event - whatever it is. I also believe the speakers should only be remunerated their costs incurred.

Maybe things have changed but in years past, speakers weren't paid anything. I actually know a man who was asked to speak and refused on that basis. His name appears on this forum occasionally.

Forgot to mention.
The exhibit hall is very nice and roomy.
I saw and heard Bro. Baxter doing his program live at the exhibit hall. Didn't have time to stay and listen to all his program as I was leaving to come back to my room to realize I forgot ALL my blouses to my suits instead of just one.

I hope you're not going "without" your blouses. This might not go over too good at a UPCI General Conference! You know!
