Historical References
Does anyone know of some good references that show people baptizing in Jesus name and/or receiving the Holy Ghost throughout Christian history?
PS -- I do realize that the Catholic church not only killed such groups, but also tried to destroy their records. Thus, the records are hard to find.

No real problem exists over the use of "The Name" in everthing else done in the Church. Why then should there exist great controversy over the use of the "The Name of the Godhead" in water baptism?
