They're not though. They look for the funerals that are most likely to get media attention. They're capitalizing on others' grief and misfortune, and that's wrong.

Is there a public street by church where funeral will be? I'm sure that's why they did the emergency law. In front of walmart and front of church where funderal will be is all public property.
All this just proves to me the constitution is taken subjectively depending on what a persons moral/political view is.
