Look at how many students are in the 9th grade compared to how many are in the 12th
That's a HUGE discrepancy. I'm thinking that this school system doesn't only have a problem with teenage pregnancy, but also a tremendously high drop-out rate. Our educational system is seriously in trouble in many, many places. Couple that with home situations that are far from what they ought to be. The church tries, but we can only do so much. We cannot force these kids to come in. What is left?
